ACHS VS CHEROKEE

Atlantic City has been on fire, as they are on a nine-game win streak. Three star wide receiver Sahnye “Icecup” Degraffenreidt, has been on a roll. He had 6 receptions, 244 yard, 5 touchdowns, and an interception in Round 1 against Eastern.

Against Cherokee, he finished with 97 yards, and the game winning touchdown. What makes this win even more special is, their leader and starting quarterback, Khajuan Roseborough, got injured late in the first quarter. Their backup quarterback, Kevin Entress, came to the rescue and threw for a 68 yard bomb to freshman, Dontae Thompson, on his first drive on the field.

Atlantic City defeats Cherokee 28-18 to move onto the NJSIAA Group 5 Championship game.
